Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for clients on smaller projects, coordinating with internal consultants and teams.
Develop, manage, and track project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints for effective delivery.
Organize and facilitate regular status meetings to keep both clients and internal teams informed and aligned.
Draft and enhance client deliverables for review by senior consultants.
Provide ongoing support for group purchasing clients, addressing inquiries related to benefits and updating client resources.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
Ensure clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders to update them on project progress and developments.
Prepare and analyze reports tailored to client specifications, ensuring the utmost accuracy and quality in deliverables.

Required Skills

Qualifications

A background in Human Capital or familiarity with health and welfare programs is advantageous.
Experience in consulting or within U.S.-based healthcare firms is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring tasks are executed accurately and efficiently.
Capacity to work autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
